Giving

For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.

- Matthew 6:21

Why we give.

God is generous and so he calls us to be as well.  What we do with what God has given us shows the world where our hearts are at and helps proclaim the gospel. We want to glorify God with every area of our lives, and that includes what we do with our finances.

Ways To Give

Give Online

To support your stewardship efforts, you may now make contributions to BEBC by means of either an ACH transfer (debit from your bank or credit union account) or a credit card transaction. All transactions are processed through the secure giving portal. You may make a one-time gift, or you can set up an automatically recurring contribution. Processing fees associated with online giving will be covered by the Church.

Give In Person

We receive an offering during our morning service each Sunday. Participation is purely voluntary. We never expect our guests to give, though we would never want to hinder anyone from expressing the gratitude and joy of their hearts.

Mail A Check

We recommend using one of the church offering envelopes for your contribution.  Then place the offering envelope inside of a security mailing envelope. Check payable to: Beth Eden Baptist Church. Mail to: Beth Eden Baptist Church, 350 Ashburnham St, Fitchburg, MA 01420.

WHY DO WE GIVE?

The importance of having a spiritual focus on the way we use our material resources is taught throughout the scriptures. We want to be good stewards of all that the Lord has entrusted to us. Our financial stewardship should be motivated by gratitude and should be expressed in joyful, voluntary, generous, and systematic giving. See 1 Corinthians 16:1-2; 2 Corinthians 9:6-7 and 1 Timothy 6:17-19.

Additional Notes Re: Online Giving

Digital resources are valuable tools. In our modern world, many adults no longer use paper checks and rarely carry cash. Many people now make frequent use of a debit card or credit card. This page has been set up to assist members and regular attenders at Beth Eden Baptist Church with making secure, digital, online contributions.

To participate in online giving to Beth Eden Baptist Church you will need to set up a free account through our web hosting provider,, and then register for Online Giving. You will receive an email receipt promptly after your online contribution is completed. For those without a free account, there is also a provision to make an anonymous guest contribution. In that case, an automated receipt is sent to the donor by email, but no historical record of guest contributions is maintained.

All online contributions are confidential, the same as in-person giving at church. All online contributions, other than those from anonymous guests, will be included in a comprehensive contribution statement (in-person & online) issued by the Church in January of each year.

If you have any questions or concerns, you may contact our church treasurer or our website administrator.
